A First-Time Integrator: Ideal for Integrators stepping into the role for the first time, especially if you're seeking to make a more significant impact on your company.

Early Collaboration Teams: Well-suited for Visionary-Integrator teams in the early stages of collaboration, who want specialized support regularly.

Working with an EOS Implementer®: Perfect for teams already working with an EOS Implementer®, since we provide consistent and specialized support in conjunction with EOS®.


Seeking a Greater Impact in EOS®: Ideal for teams looking to maximize their impact in using EOS®, and want to ensure they reap all the benefits the program offers.

We're NOT a good fit if you're...

Not Receptive to Constructive Criticism: If you're not open to constructive criticism, this program's probably not a good fit. 

We emphasize the importance of feedback for progress and because it facilitates open, honest discussions between the Visionary and Integrator.

Unable to Commit to Weekly Meetings: This program requires commitment, and it might not be a good fit if you cannot commit to:
Integrators: Active participation in 2 60-minute meetings each week.
Visionaries: Active participation in 1 60-minute meeting each week.


Not Committed to EOS® Implementation: If your team is not committed to the EOS® framework, this program may not be the best fit, as it works in conjunction with EOS® to maximize effectiveness.

  • Here's how we incorporate the Visionary into our four-step proven process:

    ● Assessment: During this stage, we seek input from the Visionary about the Integrator's performance. Their insights help us understand the dynamics of their working relationship and any potential areas of improvement.

    ● Customized Learning Plan: As we craft the Integrator's learning plan, we consider the Visionary's feedback and expectations. This ensures that the training aligns with the company's vision and the unique partnership between the Visionary and the Integrator.

    ● Hands-On Training: In the practical application phase, the Visionary plays an active role. We encourage them to participate in exercises, give feedback, and provide opportunities for the Integrator to apply new skills in a real-world context. This reinforces the partnership and helps the Integrator better support the Visionary in achieving company objectives.

    ● Ongoing Support and Review: Lastly, the Visionary is involved in the review process. We facilitate regular check-ins where both parties can communicate openly about progress, challenges, and wins. This encourages a healthy, productive relationship.

  • ● The average engagement is 6 months, with a minimum 3 month engagement.

    ● The ideal start time is at VB2 or at a Quarterly.

  • No! It’s important to note that we do not work with self-implementing teams at this time. The teams that engage us are also working with an EOS® Implementer (and will continue to do so) but need specialized support for their V/I team on a more consistent basis throughout the Quarter.

  • Real-world coaching is a fundamental part of our program. We're there for you when you encounter challenges in your day-to-day operations. Our team is available to guide you through these obstacles, providing practical advice and strategies to navigate them effectively.

    But it doesn't stop there. We believe in the power of real-world data. We'll work with you to explore and analyze your specific data, demonstrating how you can leverage it to make informed decisions and drive meaningful results. By reviewing the numbers together, we can uncover valuable insights and identify areas for improvement.

    Our goal is to empower you with the tools and knowledge to not only overcome challenges but also thrive in your role. We'll ask thought-provoking questions, help you remove obstacles, and provide clear direction that aligns with your organization's vision.

  • Our proven process begins with an Assessment and ends with a Review. Both are meant to help give our objective option on whether this person is RPRS for the Integrator seat.

  • Commitment and progress are key in our program. If your Integrator completes all tasks, and both the Visionary and Integrator attend all sessions but don't see results, we've got you covered. Despite your best efforts, if our program hasn't worked for you, we'll refund your investment. We're here to support you, remove obstacles, and help you take small steps towards success.

  • Part of our Hands-On Training includes “Managing Multiple Seats without Burnout,” where we discuss, test and iterate strategies for effectively juggling multiple client engagements without sacrificing quality or experiencing burnout. The Integrator learns time management techniques, setting boundaries, and creating systems to streamline and automate their workflow.
